Lunch and dinner - "Bucovina" Forestry College - meals can be served at any time, depending on the arrival of participants and guests
17:00 - planting activity - Bucovina - Heaven of Europe - each crew will plant 5 spruce saplings and put up the flag of the country they represent - an activity to which the press will be invited
19:00 - dinner - "Bucovina" Forestry College
21 MAY
7:00 - breakfast - at the accommodation locations
8:00 – departure for the FOREST TRAIL trial – travel will be by coach/minibus, from the accommodation locations
8:30 - the start of the FOREST TRAIL trial
14:00 - lunch - "Bucovina" Forestry CollegeNote: a hot buffet will be available to all participants throughout the duration of the forest trail test
17:00 – the official opening of the EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP IN FORESTRY SKILLS Location: "Bucovina Grand Salon" Campulung Moldovenesc
18:00 – International evening - "Bucovina Grand Salon" Câmpulung Moldovenesc: each country will present traditional gastronomic products; social evening, traditional dances
MAY 22
8:00 – breakfast – at the accommodation locations
9:00 – the parade of the flags of the participating countries and the start of the TECHNICAL EVENTS test, given by the Mayor of Câmpulung Moldovenesc Municipality, MIHĂITĂ NEGURĂ and other officials present Location: Câmpulung Moldovenesc Municipal Stadium

14:00 – lunch – “Bucovina” Forestry College
19:00 – dinner – “Bucovina” Forestry College
*Note: throughout the duration of the tests, there will be a hot buffet available to everyone at the municipal stadium

9:00 – 15:00 Câmpulung Moldovenesc Municipal Stadium - the pinching
18:00 - "Bucovina Grand Salon" - festive evening: premiere, festive dinner
